Terms & Conditions
Bookings and appointments:
Please note that appointments will be given with a minimum of a 1 hour arrival window, usually 2 hours, we would ask that you are at the premises at least 10 minutes before the appointment time as this gives the locksmith maximum time on site to deal with the reason for the booking. Please make sure the contact on site is at least of the age of 18 this is to protect both parties.
Should the locksmith be running behind we will do our best to inform you, there is the odd occasion when an emergency comes in from the police or other agencies that is a high priority, (elderly have had a fall, child locked in bathroom, parent locked out and children stuck in property etc) and we may not be able to inform you as our resources are all focused on such events.
Once an appointment has been made any amendments need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may incur a £35 admin charge as we take the bookings in the order in which they come in. This ensures we keep up with the high standard of customer service we offer. should cancellation or amendment be made less than 1 hr before scheduled appointment then the charge shall be raised as if the locksmith had arrived on site as per terms stated below.
Should our locksmith arrive on site during the given appointment arrival time frame and there is no answer or isn’t able to carry out the work/inspection due to no access to the premises a reasonable time frame will be given (15 mins) then a £50 trip charge will be raised and invoiced for and the appointment shall have to be re-scheduled.

The knock on effect should our locksmith contract Covid-19 will be catastrophic not only to their health but also our other customers (many are elderly) and also to our business and livelihood. if at any point during the appointment the locksmith feels that Covid symptoms are being displayed he will cease work immediately, this is to protect himself and the customer an invoice will be raised for the works carried out with a further charge for a revisit should the job not be completed. Should you knowingly have covid-19 and put our locksmith at risk by not informing us before hand. we would seek legal action in the form of compensation for loss of earnings for the time lost.
Our locksmith is fully vaccinated inc the booster, carries out lateral flow tests daily, wearing a mask and using hand sanitiser regularly (before and after each job as a minimum) as well as wiping down the surfaces which have been touched. Should at any point the locksmith display symptoms they will take the necessary precautions so to not put our customers at risk. Should our locksmith contract Covid-19 we will inform you directly as well as report it through track and trace. hopefully something that never has to happen.
